$75,000–$80,000 per year

  • Full-Time Position
  • Billable hour requirement: 25–30 hours per week
  • Small caseload of approximately 5–7 clients
  • Additional cases available with support from a Lead Case Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards
Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
  • New graduates and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
